Full-Day Strategy Intensive
This is an in-person, full-day strategic working session designed for founders or leadership teams who need dedicated time to work through important business decisions.
The day is run with the structure and rigor of a strategy consulting engagement. It is actively facilitated, highly focused, and centered on real problems rather than theory. The agenda is built around the specific challenges you are having and tailored throughout the day based on what surfaces and where deeper work is needed.
After booking, you will receive a short intake form to complete in advance. It will ask you to identify up to four focus areas and provide background information on your business or situation. This preparation allows us to begin the day working immediately rather than getting oriented.
This intensive may be a good fit if you need to:
- Develop a clear plan for launching a new product, service, or offering
- Decide whether to change your pricing, positioning, or business model
- Address issues that have been lingering, such as slow growth, low conversion, unclear ownership, or operational friction

Depending on the focus areas, portions of the day may be co-facilitated with or informed by additional subject-matter experts to ensure the right depth in areas such as marketing, customer experience, or growth.
This is a full day (up to 10 hours) working session. Participants should plan to be fully present and uninterrupted for the duration of the day.
