2-Hour Strategy Session

This is a structured and active two-hour working session designed for situations that need more time and depth. We will use practical frameworks and structured thinking tools where helpful, and you should come prepared to work through real issues rather than talk at a high level.

After booking, you will receive a short intake form to complete in advance. It will ask you to identify one or two focus areas, along with background on your business or situation. This preparation allows us to spend the session working directly on the issue rather than getting oriented.

During the session, we will break down the situation, identify what is driving the challenge, and work through it in a disciplined way. Depending on your needs, this may involve strategy, positioning, growth constraints, customer behavior, organizational questions, or financial considerations.

The session will be structured and interactive. It is designed to move from diagnosis to direction, with time spent actively working rather than discussing hypotheticals.
